I had SR3 preordered (Xbox360) when it came out so got to enjoy it plain-vanilla style first. I find it handy but it may not be for everyone that likes a challenge. It can't be disabled after being purchased/installed. You also get various money making bonuses unlocked early for free. The Bloodsucker pack, not included in the Full Package, replaces the neck breaking function when you have a human shield/hostage and it fully restores your health.
